A twenty-four year Alaska resident, he has been charter fishing out of Homer, Alaska for nineteen years.   • Homer is 220 mile scenic drive or a 45 minute commuter flight from Anchorage.
  • Meet at the boat on the Homer Spit at 6:00 AM.
    Depart shortly thereafter.
    Return to harbor by 5:00 PM.
  • All tackle, bait, and fish filleting is included in the price of the charter.

  • Tennis shoes or soft soled shoes are the preferred footwear.
  • Vacuum packing, freezing and shipping available via Fed-Ex overnight.
  • Your catch is hung up at the end of the fishing day for plenty of picture taking opportunities!
  • Captain Doug personally sees to it that your catch is processed and shipped to the address of your choice (the cost of processing & shipping is not included in charter fare)

  • Most reservations are taken between January and April. However, earlier reservations have a better choice of dates and tides.
  • Multiple day reservations are suggested due to variable sea and weather conditions.
  • Reservations are confirmed with a 120 dollar deposit per person per day, payable by personal check or money order only.
  • Upon receiving your deposit, a confirmation letter will promptly be sent directly to you.
  • Reservations are only tentative until a deposit is received.
  • Cancellation policy: 100% refund with a 60 day notice.
    Less than 60 days..no refund unless reservation is resold.
